By accessing and using AuditLogger, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use AuditLogger.

About Us

AuditLogger is a Discord bot that is designed to help you log server events and a corresponding website. AuditLogger is a Nodelegend project and free-to-use. We strongly advise you to read the terms of service carefully.


1 Data collection

1.1 The data we collect about you when using any platform related to AuditLogger we may collect, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together:
Identity Data includes username or similar identifier.
Contact Data includes email address.
Technical Data includes Internet protocol (IP) address, your login data and platform version.
Usage Data includes information about how you use our platforms and services.

1.1.1 Technical data addition: rest assured we do not save your username or password. Login data refers to the network data which takes place during a login.

1.2 How is your personal data collected?
We use different methods to collect data from and about you including:

You may give us your Identity and Contact Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us in our discord server or website. This includes personal data you provide when you use any platform related to AuditLogger. This includes:
Use of the AuditLogger discord-bot;
Use of the AuditLogger website;
Contacting us through social media;
Participating in our chatting environment;
Reporting a problem; or Giving us feedback.

2 Usage of Personal Data


2.1 How do we use your personal data
Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
- Where we need to perform agreed upon actions.
You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by requesting this in our discord server.

2.2 Disclosures of your personal data
We may have to share your personal data with internal third parties and external third parties. These parties can be found in 4.1 and 4.2.

3.1 Data retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means. In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data, see 5.1.

3.2 Anonymised data
In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Internal third parties related to AuditLogger and parties that require personal data to perform certain actions on a platform related to AuditLogger

Service providers acting as processors based within and outside of the AuditLogger platforms.

5 Data erasure

5.1 Requesting data erasure
By requesting a data erasure in our discord server all data connected to you will be erased, with the exception of data that has been anonymised (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
